Question: How do I write a Demographics Report for my company?
We sell cars and have Five criteria to use in the report : Gender, Martial Status, Nationality and Income Level and Age.

My advice is do not write “what sells.” Write what you like to read. If you try to write a sci fi novel just because that’s what selling now, chances are you won’t write with the same passion and conviction as you would writing something you like to read and write about.
But if you are bound and determined to write something that is selling today, then write a vampire novel. That’s what the kids are reading these days.

I’m particularly interested in the number of minorities and immigrants in the area, what the original costs of the homes were and what their current selling prices are. What is the crime rate? What is the job situation and what is the median income?

why does everyone have to turn everything into a class war, like people who think that people who make money are evil no matter how much extra taxes they pay and how much they donate to charitable organizations. If that’s what you’re getting at and I’m not saying it is, but if it is that’s ignorant man.
Question: Have registered voter demographics changed much over the last 30 years?
I know the population is getting older, but is this reflected, or are registered voters getting younger? What about income and education levels? Thanks in advance.

The trend I notice most is that the population centers are moving further south and west.
Used to be all the north east states and California had the most electoral votes.
Florida, Nevada, Texas The Carolinas, Virginia have all been gaining votes in the electoral college while most of the northeast has been losing population and votes in the electoral college.
